Lynden Christian beats Sequim 68-52

(Lynden) -- Sequim kept the game close for a half against 1A powerhouse Lynden Christian Wednesday before the Lyncs finished with a 68-57 victory over the Wolves.
The contest was deadlocked at 10 after one quarter and Sequim held the halftime advantage at 24-23.
Lynden Christian took advantage of second and third shot opportunities in the final 2 quarters, many by talented 6-7 junior center Isaac Reimer, who was the game-high scorer with 21 points.
Gabe Carter and Corbin Webb shared team-high honors for the Wolves with 17 points apiece.
Tim Guan added 10 points for Sequim (7-2).
Nathan Meppelink paced L-C with 12 points and Dustin Brandsma chipped in 9.
