Kingston girls drub Sequim 61-35

(Sequim) -- Senior Drew Clark connected on a game-high 23 points as the Kingston Buccaneers girls basketball team beat Sequim 61-35 Wednesday night.
Clark hit for 13 in the opening period, including a pair of triples, as the Bucs raced out to a 21-5 lead.
Kingston led by 19 at halftime (33-14) and by 26 after three quarters (50-24).
Sophomore Adrienne Haggerty had team-high honors for Sequim with 12 and Hailey Lester added 7.
Lily Eckert paced the Bucs with 10 tallies.
Sequim (4-3 overall and 1-1 in Olympic League 2A) visits Olympic Friday night, while Kingston (4-1 overall and 2-0 in Olympic League 2A) hosts Bremerton Friday.
