Sequim boys beat Port Townsend 55-45

(Port Townsend) -- Payton Glasser scored 23 points and Jackson Oliver added 14 as the visiting Sequim Wolves beat the Port Townsend Redhawks 55-45 in a non-league boys basketball game at Bruce Blevins Gym.
Sequim lead 17-10 at the first buzzer and 27-19 at halftime.
The Wolves shot 55 percent from the field for the contest, while holding the Redhawks to just 33 percent of their attempts.
Sequim played a selfless game on offense, dishing out 17 assists on 23 field goals.
The Wolves advantage was 41-28 after three quarters.
The Redhawks were led by Jacob Ralls with 16 points, while Detrius Kelsall and Seren Dances added 9 tallies each.
Port Townsend outscored Sequim 17-14 in the final period against Wolves reserves, when Ralls splashed three of his four triples.
Sequim won the rebounding battle 28-14.
The Wolves (3-2) will host Kingston Wednesday, while the Redhawks (0-5) entertain Chimacum Thursday night.
